So Baba hit another milestone of sorts yesterday and went on his first school trip! At the grand old age of 2 and a half! Mr L was a little nervous and so was I to be fair, but Baba loved every minute of it.

Yesterday Baba and I went back to the hospital for his third visit in as many months. For you regular readers you will know that he had his eyes operated on a month ago. So we had to go back for his post op check up

Today was preschool day, and I knew I was getting a mothers day card at the end of the day. On Monday we went to toddler group at Baba’s preschool and they quietly took him off to make a card. But they made the fatal

Baba goes to a lovely little pre school, in a local village. Actually the village that my dad is from, and some of my uncles and cousins still live in. It is a gorgeous place, the staff are lovely, the school is lovely and Baba

So it has been a week since Baba’s operation and every day he totally amazed Mr L and myself with how well he coped. He never complained, he never moaned. On the day of the operation he didn’t cry, he didn’t scream he just accepted

Yesterday Baba gave us a scare by lunch time he had developed a rash that was all over his hands, knees and mouth. It looked a little like measles but there was a part of me that thought that it was hand, foot and mouth.
