Rhianna Lily’s Canvas

Since we have lost Rhianna, actually even before we lost her, when we were still pregnant with her we have wanted some canvasses for the children.

Just something special with their birth dates, names and a little information about them. We have looked at the time they were born, their weight and a little saying about them. The saying idea was scrapped as soon as Rhianna died as we didn’t want anything like that on the canvasses and we were just casually searching for the right canvasses.

We went to a Christmas school fair in December and found a lady who made just the perfect canvasses.

We all fell in love with them straight away and ordered both Baba’s and Rhianna’s canvasses there and then, they arrived just before Christmas but have been kept in a safe place until we could work out where to put them.

We finally decided on having them in the kitchen above the bureaux where I do my writing and they are perfect, and I love sitting there being able to look up and see them both there!

And they are both stunning.

Rhianna’s is a rabbit and Baba has a teddy bear, he loves them, I love them, Mr L loves them and Baba told me today that Rhianna loves them too! So they are perfect for us all.
