Rhianna Is Just There
Yesterday we were in the car with my mother and Baba turned around and said;
“There is Rhianna sitting on that dog cloud” (there was a cloud in the sky that looked a little like a dog.)
When we got home I asked him if he had told Daddy about Rhianna on the cloud and the conversation went something like this;
Baba: “Daddy I saw Rhianna today, she was sitting on a dog cloud.”
Mr L: “Did you was she looking at what you were doing?”
Baba: “No Daddy, she was sitting there I saw her”
Mr L: “Did you? Was she pretty?”
Baba: “Yes Daddy she was really pretty”
This makes my heart ache. Because you don’t get to hold Rhianna in your arms. Because I don’t have a Baba to make me smile while I’m missing Finley. For so many reasons.
