Six Months
Sunday marked six months since we lost Rhianna. To be honest it really threw us.
We had made plans to do something for Rhianna. We wanted to go to the sea to put some petals in the water but the weather meant that we couldn’t do that.
We were both gutted. It just seemed something else we wanted to do for Rhianna we couldn’t do.
It has been a hard month.
This month more than any before we have felt like we should be moving on.
That people think we should be moving on.
That people no longer care.
That people have forgotten.
That others have moved on.
We have felt a lot of pain this month. Everyone moves on and it may be harsh to say that they have forgotten we know that isn’t true but it feels it. It has made this month so hard.
The realisation that life happens and Rhianna is no longer thought of as much as she was is like starting to grieve all over again.
And it is blooming hard.

I’ve not forgotten and I won’t tell you to move on. One day you’ll discover that you are moving again and that she comes too, in her own way. But not yet. And it all stinks. Keep breathing. It gets more bearable, I promise.
Thank you it is so nice to hear that from someone who knows what they are talking about x
It is hard. I still struggle when I’m asked how many children I have, but it does get more bearable as Merry says, I promise. xx
Thank you it is good to know that xx
I have not gone through what you have gone through, but I believe that sadly these things “never go away”. But then they shouldn’t Rhianna is an important part of your life and it is only natural that you will feel the deep loss over and over again. So sorry that this month was so hard for you. And we haven’t forgotten.
Bug Hugs.
MAggy
Thank you Maggy and especially thank you for the bug hugs that cheered me up lots xx
