The Curse of Tonsillitis
So this week Baba has been hard work, everything has resulted in either screaming or crying, and I have suspected that he has been fighting something off. As he has been particularly foul on the behaviour front.
This morning he woke on time for school, but didn’t look 100% in fact he looked boiling and upon taking his temperature he did have a slightly raised temperature.
He was also complaining of a bad throat, neck and tummy, and his glands did feel a little large. So after speaking to Mr L we decided that the best course would be a trip down to the doctors.
Once we got there he took one look in Baba’s mouth and confirmed that he had tonsillitis, again.
Baba has always been cursed with tonsillitis, it is something as a baby that always came hand in hand with a convulsion and rigors. He doesn’t get it enough for them to be taken out but he does get it at least once or twice a year.
Usually we have a lot of moaning before he becomes ill, and go to the doctors at least twice before anything is prescribed. Where as this time it has come on quick and fast, he felt totally fine yesterday and just over night it has developed, and developed so much that he needed medicine straight away.
So I am hoping it won’t be around for long, and that we have caught it nice and early and the medicine shall knock it on it’s hard nice and quickly and once again we shall have our happy Baba that is not crying or having a meltdown every five minutes like he has been for the last couple of days!

To be honest if the op can be avoided its best I say this from experience.x
I hope it settles down
