No Time

Time seems to be passes me by at the moment, everyday I seem to be massively busy, however by the end of the evening I don’t seem to have done anything massive.

I am constantly running around doing things, but nothing seems to ever get really done.

We are still in the middle of our house renovation, the kitchen is done, but the wall still needs to come down and the lounge / kitchen wall needs to be changed into a double door. Then the decorating needs to be done.

Once the kitchen and decorating is done, we then have the bathroom downstairs and the garden to do as well. We have started in the front garden, but we still have the gate to put up, and to paint all the fence. There are so many things that need to be done and sometimes it does feel like we are drowning.

We have moved the boys into their own room, and Boo is finally in a big boys bed, it was a mission to get them into one room, but it is finally done. Although we still have to move rooms to give them their playroom. But the idea is in place, eventually I would like to decorate their room, remove the Angry Birds and make it more of a Lego room, something that they both like and will enjoy for a while.

Gradually things have been happening, the lounge has had all the rubbish removed, and the kitchen, we have finally sorted Baba’s art area, and got rid of bin bags of rubbish, and moved all of the boys art stuff from a bureaux and double cupboard into one large wall cupboard, making that area easier to use, and more accessible for all of us. I have also sorted the present / Christmas cupboard, that used to have a load of rubbish in but is now all sorted and nice and easy to find presents and all the decorations. We have another cupboard to sort, and then the top room that will eventually be our bedroom, but is currently a storage room for all the rubbish that we don’t really use. So we need to go into the room with boxes, for keeping, chucking, and charity and sort out the whole room before we can move into it. After all of this I would like to redo my craft room as I am currently outgrowing the space, and it is getting more and more full as the days go on, and I want to be able to craft comfortably in there.

The list is endless, and we are constantly doing things but never really getting anywhere. Things like the blog, and work are getting pushed to the side as we are constantly working in the house, some days not stopping until gone midnight, and all the while looking after the kids, feeding them and making sure they still have things to do all the time. It is a complete nightmare, and to be honest I would love for it all to be finished as I want to write and work on Scrapbookerry.

Currently I can’t really see when that will be, but I am hoping it will be really soon!
