And Here We Go Again

I have a really busy week this week, and it was my week to get the final things in the house sorted before half term. Enabling me to get the business started and the website finished. Today was the first day, Baba was going to my mums and I was going to crack on with the office and get everything sorted.

That was until midnight last night. Mr L and I went to bed and Baba seemed a little hot. After checking his temperature, which was 39.5 I decided to sleep the night in his room on the spare bed. I am glad that I did, his temperature remained around 39.7 all evening, and finally started to fall down after he had a dose of medicine, been stripped off had the fan on and all of his covers off. I think I finally feel asleep about 3am.

When Mr L left for work this morning, Baba was verging on being cold, so I asked him to turn of the fan. Thinking that we over it, within the hour Baba’s temperature was again up to 39.3 so the fan went back on and more medicine given.

The thing is there seems to be nothing else wrong he is eating fine, drinking and not complaining of anything. He has a very red cheek and I know that he hasn’t got one side of his molars so am not sure whether that is the issue, but other than that he has been playing all morning. He seems to have tired himself out now, but he was up a lot in the night. So I am not really sure.

I know that he is now home with me, I have told Mr L that I am going to have to work this weekend as I am not going to get a chance this week now. We are now having a sofa day in between sleeps and medicine and keeping his temperature down. I just hope it is his teeth and nothing more serious we have his operation in a couple of weeks, so I hope it is all gone by then.
