The Weekend

This weekend has been tarnished by an ever constant headache that yesterday afternoon climaxed into a hideous migraine that meant I slept for most of the afternoon and evening!

But we did manage to make the most of the sun in drips and drabs throughout the weekend.

We were out in the garden on Saturday re potting Rhianna’s lilies and cleaning the garden up. We cleaned out the rabbit and snail and both of them seemed happy to have nice clean homes, and Stewie loved finally having the top of his hutch off and some sunshine shining in on him. He was sunning himself having great fun.

Baba loves being out in the garden and we are trying to sort the garden so that he can wander in and out and we know that he is completely safe. There are still some things that we want to do in the garden. Mainly some more pots and different plants but we are gradually getting there and we need some shrubs next but can’t get those cuttings until winter time so we will have to wait for them to be planted.

But slowly the garden is becoming a place that we are all enjoying being in and we are gradually getting there.

Yesterday we had a quick picnic on the beach before the migraine took effect. It was a lovely couple of hours, Baba got to collect his stones.

Run around and ride his scooter.

We got to use the picnic basket and had a bit of a chill out together just us, our little family with no one else around which was lovely.
