Teeth!
Baba hit the TV unit yesterday with his teeth!
There was a lot of blood! It scared me if I am 100% honest, I couldn’t totally see where all the blood was coming from and I wasn’t 100% sure whether his tooth was wobbly or not.
So I rang the dentist, we managed to get an emergency appointment within minutes of ringing. So it was a quick dash to get ready and rush to the dentist.
Luckily there is no major damage, the tooth may go black because of the blood clotting in it and it being a permanent bruise but it hasn’t died. But he thinks that he may be ok and it wont go black.
So instead we were told calpol, and no chewy foods for the rest of the day and to take it a little easy. I can not imagine the pain that he must be in, just the pain from regular tooth ache makes me cringe, let alone pain from hitting your teeth like that.
Baba has had a quiet day, he has spent most of it on the sofa with an ice pop watching movies and his cartoons. He got more lively as the day went on, after he admitted that his teeth were really hurting and he wanted some calpol so I think he was in a lot of pain bless him.
He has gone to bed this evening with a lip that is looking a little fat and we are hoping that it doesn’t get much bigger over night!
Poor thing. I hope he recovers quickly.

Ooouch! One of mine did a similar thing & The tooth that got banged has grown crooked into his other front one.
They forget quickly though, hope it’s not too sore for him today.
He seems fine, I think it was me that felt worse! x
Oh bless him. Hope it all heals ok, I remember being scared too when Keagan took a heavy whack and bit his lip, so much blood. But it was ok. They usually are in the end. Take care lovely. Zo xx
