The First Week…
Last week I wrote about getting back on the bandwagon of my good friend loosing weight! It was a tough week to start, a tough fortnight actually with weddings, Rhianna’s debriefing and Rhianna’s due date all in the space of two weeks. But I just decided even though it was a tough couple of weeks it was better starting than never starting so I went ahead and did it anyway.
I didn’t throw myself into it at all. I will admit that straight away.
But I did start making more conscious decisions of the things that I was going to eat. Instead of buying that huge bag of giant buttons I would just buy a twirl instead. It was the little changes that I made, nothing major but small things.
And they seemed to work.
Last week I lost 4.25lbs and I was really pleased I have a goal to lose 10.5lbs in four weeks so I know have 6.25lbs left and I really feel like it is doable.
I have got really into cooking at the moment and am making an effort to try new and healthy recipes so hopefully that will help with the weight loss as well.

That is brilliant, you are doing so well especially as you are making changes. It’s the little things that add up I’ve found.
It is isn’t it and thank you xx
