So I Am Here
So it seems that I have been lacking on the blogging front.
There is no reason for this, except that we have been living and we have been experiencing things, and getting ready for some massive changes and doing these massive changes.
July saw Baba leaving preschool. It was a harsh reality for me and one that I really didn’t enjoy. From that moment on, Mr L and I decided that I would stop work, stop writing and just enjoy our last summer before school with Baba.
And we did a lot.
We cooked, we made icecream, we brought a paddling pool, we grew veg, we went to the beach! Lots and lots! We went to the Isle of Wight and we generally just had a lot of blooming fun.
We enjoyed the summer!
And we started counting down the days, Baba with excitement, me with dread. The days suddenly seemed to go very very fast and then suddenly the start of school was upon us.
It has been a week now since Baba started and live has changed.
We are all adjusting to a new routine, and adjusting to our different lives.
As soon as he started I started to blitz the house, and a week later, it is finally done, there are a couple of cupboards but they have to be sorted with Mr L as he has all his rubbish in front of them that I can not move! But apart from that the house is sorted.
So finally I can knuckle down and get a few things done.
But it is a case of going back to basics. I have five days a week now to devote to Scrapbookerry and writing and I can not wait.
I have many plans, but it is working out which is best to start with and how to go about it. So Monday is the day that my new work schedule will start.
But as well as Scrapbookerry, I have my writing, I have missed blogging! I am not sure what I will be blogging about, hopefully the same sort of stuff! But who knows where this school path will take us! I know I currently have a lot of things to write about as I catch up on our antics of the summer.
But for now just to let you know we are still here! And we hope you stay with us as we start this new journey of being school parents and no longer toddler parents!

Oh I remember that dread well and now feeling it as my daughter goes to uni, worse as she won’t be flying out of the classroom door into my arms. Hope you get through the change and glad yo had that summer!!
Oh no, I am dreading when he is that big! Thank you we had a fantastic summer will be blogging about it all soon xx
