Sixth Wedding Anniversary

Last week was our sixth wedding anniversary, and our first one that we have ever spent away.

We usually spend the days doing whatever we have to do, generally being the end of August I spend the day doing summer holiday things, Mr L spends it at work and then the kids go off to their Nannies so that we can go out for dinner or something together.

But as we were away, this year was different, we had the children with us all day and we wanted to do something that was fun, something that we actually wanted to do but that the kids would also enjoy.

We decided on the day to head to a waterfall that wasn’t too far away.

It was an absolutely beautiful and lovely little waterfall and little cove for us to visit.

It was something that none of us have ever been or seen before.

It was a perfect way to spend our anniversary all together as a family.

After we had visited the waterfall we went back to the caravan, brought some lovely dinner from one of the food vans at the campsite, as no one wants to cook on their anniversary, and then took the dogs for an evening walk and saw one of the most lovely sunsets that evening.

All in all, it was a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

It is definitely one that we wont forget for a long time.
