June
It literally feels like I have blinked and missed this year!

I can’t believe we are in June and since March we have been in lockdown.
It’s a bit of a strange old year isn’t it!
I know for me personally it is one that has good days and has very bad days.
The emotions of this year are extremely high.
And they are very hard to predict.
We started lockdown on Rhiannas birthday, huge emotions, we are in lockdown with a preteen, huge emotions, we have all been home, we have had financial worries like the rest of the world, and have been the parents of our parents telling them to stay in.
The world really is flipped around.
And there isn’t really an end in sight which makes it all the more confusing and emotional!
It is totally draining, we are all lacking in sleep and all have very strange sleep habits at the moment.
But at the same time, with all of this happening we have had some really good times.
We have made some amazing memories.
We have laughed a lot.
We have had new experiences.
We have learnt to live a slower pace, a slower live, a much easier live I suppose.
We appreciate the things around us more, and each other more.
And we are living a different simpler life than we were this time last year, one that is different to what we were living at the beginning of the year.
Some points of it are amazing, some points are really hard, some points are just different.
It is all very strange.
And who knows what our new normal will be when this is all finished!
And what month we will finally be in!
