Hair Cut!
This summer has all been about new experiences for Baba.
At the beginning of the holiday he really needed a hair cut! It was hot and he sweats through his hair totally disgusting I know, he gets so hot with it. It is fine but he has a lot of hair and he really suffers in the heat when it is hot.

We had decided that a hair cut was in order but it was nabbing an appointment down at the hairdressers for the dead to be done.
Mr L came home from work and decided to shave his hair off. He has always shaved his head and has been doing his own for a few years now. It is something we have talked about for Baba but I started taking him to the hairdressers and he had haircuts with scissors and this is how we remained. Although on this day even Baba was fed up with his hair and asked for Mr L to shave his too.
He kept on and on and in the end we decided that we would give it a go.
He sat in the chair fine, we chose the longest grade we had, grade 8. I think the shaver was a shock to him, but he coped until Mr L got to his ears. Then he freaked he was really unhappy about the shaver being near his ears and kept telling us that we were trying to chop of his ears off so we had to switch from the shaver to scissors to complete the edges of his hair.

It wasn’t perfect but it was a lot better than it had been before and Baba seemed to be a lot cooler than he was before. All in all it was a success and we will be repeating it again in the future at the moment Baba’s hair is still a perfect length so it has worked for a long time!
