Boo Turns Two

This week has been a manic week with a little man’s birthday in the middle.

This week our rainbow boy turned 2.

He has been so excited about his birthday, and his little tea party with his friends and his cake! It has all been about the cake.

Over the last year, Boo has really grown he is a total character, he is cheeky, has a great sense of humour and can be a total and utter clown.

He is determined, he knows just what he wants and boy can he nag until he gets it. He is a charmer, and can work the charm instantly, especially when he is trying to get something that he wants.

He loves unconditionally, and whole heartedly and he adores his brother, like no other. He hangs on every word he says, and everything he does, he tries to do everything Baba does, and learns something new from Baba every single day. Making him seem so much older than just 2 years old some days.

Boo is sport mad, so completely different from his brother. Our house is now full of bikes, scooters, and footballs. Unlike when Baba was two and it was full of arts and crafts. Boo is at his happiest, running around the lounge and kitchen kicking a football around and playing with Daddy.

Boo is hardly ever grumpy, he screams and shouts, but it is over in minutes. I don’t think he has ever managed to hold a strop for more than a few moments at a time. He is generally a happy boy, from the moment he wakes until the moment he goes to sleep. Filling his days with learning, adventure and generally loving life full stop.

He is a real joy to be around just like his big brother and I love watching them grow together and seeing how their relationship is developing over the years.
