All The Emotions
I do try to not really talk about the virus or lockdown on the blog.
I try not to talk about it on Instagram either.
They are kind of my happy places where I don’t overly mention them.
But it is our lives at the moment.
And it is hard.

I have found between me, hubby and the boys it brings out all the emotions.
Sometimes we are happy, sometimes we are just Meh, sad, angry or just cry at everything in sight.
It is definitely a roller-coaster of emotions.

The last couple of days I have been feeling Meh.
I don’t really know why there is no reason but I have been feeling it.
It is probably down to my sleep.
I have not been the best sleeper since well since forever.
I am not a person that sleeps a lot.
I am not a person that my head hits the pillow and I fall asleep.
But since lockdown has started my sleep is mental.
I can have nights where I see the early early hours of the morning and nights where the dreams I have are so insane they make no sense.
But at the same time are so lifelike that they aren’t fun when I wake up.
But I am restless in my sleep as well.
I am awake a lot in the night and toss and turn a lot. So I am not getting a good rest.

It makes the not knowing when this will end, the not seeing our family and friends, and the boys emotions and hubbies and my own so much harder.
It is just hard.
And no one can give you advice to help which makes it harder.
And some days it is easier to just put it to the side and then just try to get on with a better day the next day.
That is how I have felt the last couple of days.

So I have just chilled with the boys.
Because the best thing about the lockdown is the family time and the non rushing around and the chilledness of it all.
So the last couple of days I have just chilled.

Tonight I feel a bit more organised and I am hoping tomorrow will be a better day.
But more than anything I wanted to write about this as I think we all need to know everyone is having bad days during this lockdown.
And you know what that is totally OK.
