A Re-Think

So I have had a couple of days away, we have been having a little bit of a rethink at home about a few things and reassessing where we are going.

It resulted in us making the decision that actually moving isn’t the right thing for us at this precise moment in time. In actual fact all that putting the house on the market did for us was cause us a lot of stress and bother that we didn’t really need if I am totally honest.

It really stressed me out every time it was mentioned that someone was coming to view the house, which lead to rows and upset for a few days beforehand.

The plan was to move to help with deciding on where to send BB to school for secondary in actual fact it created even more stress, for me for Mr L and for the boy’s.

It just was not the right time for us.

So we made the decision this weekend to take all that stress away this weekend and remain where we are for the time being.

It is a massive relief, and we all feel a bit better staying where we are for now.

Now the boy’s have planned a massive reshuffle of the bedrooms, so our next task is to battle that move and sort the garden once and for all.

The future is now all about DIY and finally finishing this house once and for all.
