Soon after Big Bro was born I started a creative writing course from home.

I have always loved to write, but never really pushed it.

But when he was born I decided to pursue my love a bit more and try to see where I could go with the writing.

It never got finished it sat and sat in a cupboard and that is where it stayed.

Life went on and the course stayed untouched.

A couple of months back it really started to bother me that it was sat there.

So I got in contact with the course providers and had a bit of a chat with them over email and resumed the course.

Over the last couple of months, I have been working away on the modules and today I am finally at long last starting on the first assessment piece.

I am not sure how long this is going to take but I hope that I complete it sooner rather than later.

I am really enjoying it so far and it is making me feel like I am doing something for me again which I think I really really needed!
