Tropic Tuesday – Tropic Signature Oil
Tropic isn’t just for your skin, one of my favourite products is the Tropic Signature Oil.
It is a little 10ml bottle that is bursting with essential oils, in fact it is full of seven uplifting and invigorating essential oils. Including Lemon Myrtle, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Patchouli, Lime, Lemon and Spearmint.
This little gem can be used for a variety of things around the house, including putting a few drops in an oil burner or a diffuser. Putting some into a spray bottle with water and using as a room spray, this is something I do all the time, especially in the dogs room!
Putting a few drops in your hoover bag, means every time you hoover, you get a blast of the gorgeous Tropic Signature smell.
A few drops in your ironing water, makes ironing a bit more bearable and gives your clothes a lovely little Tropic smell.
And this little gem is also a life saver when you have a cold and am feeling a little under the weather. A couple of drops on your pillow or on a tissue, helps you to clear your nose and literally can be a lifesaver when you are trying to sleep with a bunged up nose.
It may only be a small bottle but it really does have some clout. A few drops go a long way and this little bottle lasts for ages!
Today I decided to make a selection of Air Fresheners for the house and the car using the Tropic Signature Oil, some cotton pads and fabric bags.
I put a few drops of the Signature Oil onto the cotton pads, and then put these pads into the fabric bags.
I then hung these little bags, on the coat rack, the hallway door and in the car.
It took minutes to do, and I am not really sure why it has taken me years to even think of doing this with the Signature Oil, and they all smell amazing.
And the great thing is that when the smell disappears then I can just replace them with some more drops on the cotton pad, and when the cotton pad is done and needs to be changed I can literally just change it.
Its a perfect way to keep the small spaces smelling gorgeous and the car also smelling nice.
