A Little Tropic ABC Love

Today I got up and washed my face and gave it some Tropic TLC.
That sentence pretty much sums up my Facebook and Instagram posts this morning.
But it is the truth, for the first time in a week I got up and used the ABC on my face.
Now I haven’t not washed but I haven’t been using my full ABC.
And I know that I should I fundamentally know that the best thing for my face is to cleanse, tone and moisturise daily.
But I haven’t been doing it.
No one is perfect.
I didn’t feel great last week, my hayfever was killing, putting anything near my eyes was not going to happen and it just didn’t happen.
But now I am back on it, and my skin feels better already even after just one application.
And it is so easy to use.
But something that I didn’t do for years, I never looked after my face properly, I was that ultimate flirt with beauty products I would buy a whole range, use it for two weeks and then it would sit on the shelf never to be used again.
I have always been like that and it never did my skin any good.
I would swap from clear skin, to massive breakouts, to clear skin, to oily skin, to breakouts.
It was just a nightmare.
The spots that I used to get where hideous and they hurt and they were painful and massive.
But since I have been using Tropic, consistently and all the time my skin has improved so much.
To the point that it gets commented on as it is so clear, and it never used to be.
The fact that I am clearing away the make up and the impurities, and am then toning my skin with the refreshing spray and finally moisturising my skin with 20 plants, fruit and flower extracts means that my skin is getting everything it needs and it shows.
And it shows when I don’t use it as well.
But that is life, lots of us have done it and lets be realistic cleanse, tone and moisturising is not always at the front of your mind.
Now I need to get back into the habit of eating better, drinking more and looking after myself inside as well as outside.
