Tropic Tuesday – Make Up Storage

Now that Tropic has brought out a new set of make up and I still had a lot of the old range of make up, my make up stash had grown impressively over the last few weeks.

And I had bits everywhere.

Some in my bathroom, some in the kitchen, pieces in handbags and all sorts.

It was time to have a massive sort out of all of the make up.

I got rid of a few very old bits as you should only keep make up between 6 – 12 months depending on what it is. (I think it is something we all fail at) Then tried to think of a place to actually keep my make up at all times.

The most logical place was the table in our bedroom, however this is also a craft table so however I stored the make up needed to be easy to remove of the table to craft when I wanted to.

It was going to be a task as when I got all my make up and brushes together I near on covered the whole table.

I spent a lot of the morning searching Pinterest for ideas and looking at eBay. But I couldn’t find anything that I really liked.

I found a lot of plastic drawers and make up holders but they weren’t what I wanted at all.

So I began searching in the house.

I remembered that I had my pink make up bag, and inside it had a make up storage box that opens and closes. It was the perfect storage holder for my make up.

It keeps everything tidy and neat and it can be easily taken off the table if I want to do some crafting.

And it fits all the old range of make up and the new range of make up in as well.

It is perfect for my personal use.

And means that I can access all of my make up at once and it is all in one place at last!

A perfect solution to what I needed.
