Trick or Treating 2020
Halloween is all a bit different this year.
Trick or Treating is very different this year, we are in a tier that could go Trick or Treating, however Mr L and I have decided we aren’t going to be going Trick or Treating. We don’t feel that comfortable about it and the kids will be staying in this year.
But our two do love Halloween.
So instead of Trick or Treating this year we have got them a Halloween box.

Basically it is their usual Trick or Treating bucket with some sweets in, some gruesome eyes, fingers and ears that they can put on their own faces, an orange hot chocolate bomb to put in hot milk, with marshmallows in and a Halloween t-shirt each.
It isn’t anything like Trick or Treating but I wanted to do something to mark the occasion so this is it this year.
They had a Halloween tea yesterday and today we will probably be out for some of the day and then an evening watching some Halloween movies that are suitable for the both of them and some family board games.
So they can veg out with their sweets and hot chocolate in their tshirts with their pumpkins all lit indoors for a change.
It is a quiet but not forgotten affair this year.
And one I am actually looking forward to because the weather isn’t fab, and I wouldn’t have really liked doing Trick or Treating in the cold wind and rain anyway. So the weather is on our side for once this week!
Joking aside we have tried to make it fun even though it isnt their usual style or Halloween fun but hopefully they will enjoy it anyway.
