Tired

I am so tired, I am not sure what is wrong but I am constantly tired. My eyes actually hurt because I am so tired. These past few weeks have been an absolute struggle, I have so much to do and a list the longest it has ever been.

Nothing can really be taken off it is all about sorting the house, doing work for Scrapbookerry which is important, and writing posts and writing work. It is huge, and every-time I look at it I feel disheartened. As nothing seems to happen with it! It just flaming well grows.

I am not sure whether I am fighting something and am actually ill, or the tiredness is because I haven’t had a proper nights sleep in ages. My hay-fever this year is exceptionally bad, and I can wake any when from 3am sneezing and suffering and then getting back to sleep is a nightmare. All I do know is that I go to bed shattered and wake up just as shattered.

The last couple of days I have had to stop a few things and cancel some stuff just because I firstly haven’t had the time and secondly am just so stupidly tired it isn’t even funny! Maybe I have too much on I don’t know but something is up and I am not sure what. I need a few days to get a few things sorted, and the world to stop around me so I can catch up, do you think someone could make that possible. Just a couple of days then it will all be fine!

  • We need a magic wand, so we can just stop the cock and get everything done! I completely know that shattered feeling, I don’t seem to be able to recover from CM last weekend.

You actaully sound as if you just need to put all the chores and to do list aside and chill for a good few days. You will be amazed how fired up you will be whne you come back to it and so much more productive for a good rest.

    Take care, Mich x

What are you on for your hayfever? It’s a really bad time of hear of allergies at the moment, but there’s some really great meds available. The only thing is that you have to push your doc for them. I went back again and again with symptoms and finally got referred to the allergy clinic at the local hospital. Now I take a Fexofenadine Hydrochloride tablet every morning, put sodium cromoglicate drops in my eyes several times a day, and it really has made a huge difference. I still notice the cold-like symptoms at this time of year, but it is managed.
