The Week That Was…

This week has been a bit of a write off. We started with Rhianna’s birthday and it hasn’t really got much better.

Life is all a bit up in the air at the moment!

We have got a load of renovations happening in our house over the next couple of weeks and currently our house is just looking like a furniture shop. We have the old stuff and the new stuff is arriving daily, things are building up and the house is getting quite cramped and claustrophobic, luckily it is only going to be like it for 10 or more days but it is not making it an easy place to live in.

Since Sunday Baba has been ill, he managed school on Monday, but by Monday evening I felt really ill, and then over night Boo went down with it as well. On Tuesday we all woke up full of cold and Baba yet again had an ear ache and a sore throat. Today he finally got to the doctors to be told he had another ear infection, the poor boy has been plagued with them this year and we have discussed this with our doctor and will be looking into this further in the holidays, as he has had infection after infection and glue year on top of that too all in the past year. All things that have not been fun for him at all.

Boo is still full of cold, and still has an awful patch of bad skin, again another on going problem, that has had various creams and antibiotics thrown at him to fix it and none of them have worked. He is off to the doctors again tomorrow to see if we can finally get some answers to what is happening with his skin.

So it has been a week of sickness, bugs, doctors, tears and just plain meh ness.

We haven’t recovered from one thing before the next has hit us, so we are all feeling it now and are just on our knees waiting for life to pick up again very soon.
