The Days All Merge Together

It’s that time between Christmas and New Year where the days all merge together and your not sure what the time is, what the day is and what you should be doing when.

It is also the time when you are trying to find places for new presents, tidy from the carnage that is Christmas and working out what food is still ok and what food really must be chucked away now.

Today we have our first quiet day since Christmas Eve.

We have been out and walked the dogs.

We have brought some meat that isn’t turkey for a good healthy stew for tea that is already in the slow cooker and the boys are finally playing one of their new computer games.

That they have been on about since they got it.

While they are doing that I plan on getting this house a little sorted. Finding places for new presents and giving the house a clean and sorting out the washing pile that has got bigger and bigger over the last few days.

It is a quiet but busy day.

And if I manage to finish it all I may reward myself by actually managing to sit down and organise my bullet journal, diary and calender for 2020 this evening!

It’s time to get organised and enjoy the last of the festivities with a slightly tidier house!
