Temperature Blanket Update

So it’s a month now since I started my temperature blanket and I was doing OK with it.

I picked it up today and realised that I was not doing that well with it and in actually fact I had made a lot of mistakes in it.

And they weren’t ones that I could recover from.

So today as I hadn’t actually finished the whole month, I decided to cut my losses to pull it all off the needles and to start this whole blanket all over again.

I was a bit gutted but I also knew that there was no chance that I could go on knitting the blanket knowing there were errors in it for the rest of the year and be happy with it.

So it was time to start again.

And to be honest I have changed the way I am knitting it a little and it is a lot easier now and I have been catching up for the rest of the day.

And I am getting there.

And I am liking the way it is turning out.

It is more work for me and is a bit of a pain but I feel much happier that I have started it again and am pleased I made the decision now!

So hopefully I will all be caught up soon.

As now I am quite a bit behind and we are only in month two!
