Temperature Blanket Update

So I haven’t done one of these for a while and before this lockdown I was very behind with my temperature blanket.

But now have finally caught up.

And the grey and blue blanket has some different colours thanks to the gorgeous weather we have had this April.

I have worked out my colours in temperature bundles of four degrees. So blue is 5-9 degrees grey is 10-14 degrees etc.

Which means I do get some big clumps of colour that I actually do like on the blanket.

But I have to admit even I was getting a bit fed up with the grey and blue, so it was nice to finally get a different colour.

The joy of this blanket is that I really don’t know how it will turn out and what colours will be used when.

I do know it is going to be a huge blanket when it is finished and I think it maybe big enough to actually have on one of our beds as a cover.

As it is growing rapidly and we are only in April!

It is a project that is nearly a quarter complete.

But I am really happy that I started this, this year for the first time.

Can’t wait to see the final outcome when it is all finished.
