Overwhelm!
The past few weeks it has all been a bit overwhelming if I am honest.
I wasn’t sleeping.
When I did finally get to bed I couldn’t sleep as I had so many things going around in my head that needed to be done.
And nothing was getting done.
I spent my time watching tv, programmes I have watched over and over and did nothing.
So I stopped.
I stopped everything.
I crafted I took some time.
I made some things.
I did some knitting.
I did some diamond art.
I completed the Christmas decoration that I said I would do for the boys.

And I absolutely tried my hardest to just shut my brain up for a bit.
It really did help.
I find crafting any crafting so therapeutic, that I can then shuffle through the millions of things running around in my head and get a bit more of a focus.
I managed to sleep better.
I feel a lot less overwhelmed.
I feel like I can see through the trees a bit more.
Can focus on what needs to be done.
And achieve the things.
Rather than get nothing done at all.
I am off to write down a list of all the things that need to be done, and work out the priorities and what can be done for each of them.
As my head is clearer, I have had the time to stop, to focus and think and get back into being able to do things rather than not knowing where to start!
