My Lounge Cabinet
A couple of years ago I got this cabinet from a friend on Facebook marketplace.

It was the perfect cabinet for the space.
It was a bit of a dull empty space before I got the cabinet and because it isn’t that deep a cabinet it suits the area perfectly.
Since the first day I got it I loved it.
It has also meant that I could make a gorgeous feature of the shelf as well. So that I could display a couple of the smaller pieces.
It is a perfect addition to the lounge and actually it a great place for pens, pencils, notebooks and the boys playing cards and top trump games.
But since we have had it the cabinet has had an accident and the glass has been broken on one door.

It doesn’t massively show in the grand scheme of things and it is taped up and is safe, but at some point I do need to do something about it.
The fabric can be replaced inside the cabinet.
But obviously I need to decide whether to replace the glass with the bars on the glass, or replace with plain glass or do something else with the doors.
But at the moment I can’t decide what!
So what would you suggest, if this was in your house would you replace like for like, replace both doors with plain glass or replace with something complete different?
