Ink, + Child, + Wall = Disaster

Yes this was my life yesterday!

My darling little near on 3-year-old, got into the craft room, found my gorgeous purple ink pad, that I use for stamping and went and sat on the stairs and proceeded to decorate the white hall way wall in purple ink, with splodges, hand print and foot prints.

I could not believe my eyes when I saw what he had done.

Luckily Dettol works a treat on white walls, there is a slight pink tinge left on the wall but that is all. The rest of the purple has come off, and it has come of from the stairs too!

Baba wasn’t so lucky he needed a good scrub in the bath, and I mean scrub to get the ink from his hands, feet, fingers, toys, knees, legs, ears and face (god only knows how it got on his ears) But we finally got him clean, leaving a bath full of pink-tinted bath water.

What a lovely surprise for early in the morning!
