House Plants and More House Plants
I am not very good with plants and I am the first to admit it.
A few years ago I got a spider plant, and have had some success with getting more plants from it, but a few months ago it actually flowered and lots of little baby spider plants arrived.
So I thought I had better actually get them into some pots.
I also had a couple of peace lilies brought for me and knew that I had to separate them as the pots were getting very full.
So I made sure I had enough compost and pots for them all.

However when I started potting them all up I didn’t actually realise how many plants I had.
I ended up with five peace lilies, I do think the big one still needs to be separated but the roots are very bundled up and when I looked I really couldn’t unbundled them I think it needs two sets of hands to separate them so Mr L and I may have to look at that one together.

I ended up with a lot of spider plants of various shapes and sizes.

I even had a couple of Aloe Vera babies that I repotted when I looked at my Aloe Vera plant that I didn’t buy that long ago.

In all I currently have around nineteen house plants.
It’s all gone a bit mental.
I can not 100% say I will manage to keep them all alive, I can not 100% say I will manage to keep any of them alive but I am really pleased, and shocked I have managed to keep them going this long.
I am also loving having plants in every room.
We all have a spider plant in our bedroom, we also have a peace lily in our bedroom. We have two spider plants, a peace lily and an Aloe Vera plant in the bathroom. The lounge and the kitchen also have peace lilies, spider plants and Aloe Vera plants in with another succulent plant and our very strange ornamental pineapple plant! Which I have no clue what I am doing with, but looks fab.
It is nice to have some greenery on the shelves and to have the plants growing around the house.
Now fingers crossed I can keep most of them if not all of them alive and that they all grow well in their new homes.
