Growing Our Own

I have toyed with growing our own vegetables for quite a few years.

We have attempted it a few times.

And it is something I have always wanted to do more off but we just haven’t had the space, time or motivation.

However right now I think it is probably one of the most important times, especially in the boys life to be a bit more self sufficient.

So this year we are going to transform our front garden into a vegetable patch and we are going to start the process of growing some of our own.

We have the books, I have had the books for years.

Reading some, and some just collect dust.

But this year I am going to be looking through them for guidance and advice on this new adventure.

And this time BB is really into it.

To be honest he has wanted to grow his own veg for years and years.

So we have got some seeds and have some pots to get started on this adventure.

Now is the time to get most of the seeds into the pots and to start them all off.

Let’s hope this year we get to understand a bit of what we are doing and get some nice vegetables to harvest as the year goes on.
