Getting Organised

Sometimes you have to ignore the mess around you and just avoid everything that needs to be done and stick on some false nails to make you feel a bit better about the amount of things you have to actually get done.

Thats wwhat I have done this evening anyway.

Since decorating BB’s room last week the house is a complete mess.

We have bits and bobs all over the place and nothing seems to have a correct place or home at the moment.

I absolutely hate it.

But this week has also been a really busy week so I haven’t really been indoors to do anything about it.

I only really have the evenings but to be honest by the time the evenings come around I am shattered and don’t want to start on the mission that is sorting it all out, especially when I am tired before I start.

I don’t really know where all the stuff can go or where to start to be honest.

And I really struggle when the house has things that need to be sorted everywhere. Everything suffers. I struggle to get on with work, crafting, and generally keeping on top of the rest of the house because one area is a mess.

I really do need to get cracking with it all.

But this week it isn’t going to happen.

I have decided that the weekend is when we are going to have a big sort out and get all the bits that have no homes, homes and all the things that can be chucked, chucked and the things that can be sold up for sale.

It is going to be a couple of days to get it all sorted but hopefully by the end of the weekend it should all be organised and everything should have a home and be in the right place and we can then get into a rhythm with every thing else.

One thing I really need to do is get a bit productive work wise and make sure I get on top of some serious crafting as I have loads of supplies and nothing has been produced for a long long time.

And I would love some of my craft projects to be finally finished as some have been sitting waiting to be completed for ages now.

It is time to get organised and sorted.

But tonight it was just time for having nice nails and hiding away from it all!
