Beautiful Orchids

For my birthday this year Mr L brought me the most beautiful orchid.

I had one last year but it had really died it’s death and I am not the most green fingered person in the world so it really didn’t look like I could bring it back to life.

But when they are flowering I absolutely love orchids so was so pleased he brought me another one.

The fact that this one is almost two colours as well makes it even more gorgeous.

So far this one is doing really well and is still alive nearly a month later.

It really is beautiful and looks amazing on the windowsill in the kitchen.

And for Valentine’s Mr L brought me a little baby orchid.

This one is tiny compared to the other orchid, but is so pretty in its own right.

It is so dinky, and such a different colour to the other orchid that they look amazing together on the windowsill and give a great dash of colour in our kitchen.
