Baby Royale Bamboo Baby Blanket A Review
When we were offered to review a Baby Royale Bamboo Baby Blanket there was no question of saying no.
Now I know that Baba is nearly 2 and a half but he is a real rag boy, he has always got blankies and muslin’s around him and carries lots when he is tired or feeling a bit under the weather, he loves tags on them. So when I saw this blanket I knew that he would love it.
It was the tassel’s that made the decision for me I saw them and thought that Baba would love them. I wasn’t wrong as soon as he saw the blanket he loved it.
The blanket is ethically sourced and the focus of Babyroyale as a company is to focus on suitability to infant skin.
Each blanket has a unique hand woven inconsistent look, they have a silky finish and are blended with organic cotton, (70% bamboo, 30% organic cotton) so they have a unique look, feel, texture and weight. The blanket is available in pink, blue and white.
The blanket is extremely soft, I was very surprised at how soft it actually was, and Baba has not stopped using it since it arrived. It became his favourite blanket over night, and now is the one that he takes to bed with him every night. It is also just big enough that it can cover him when he is having a little rest on the sofa. I was also right he loves the tassel’s and strokes them throughout his sleep.
This is the first product from Babyroyale and more are being added later in the year with natural oils being added. I can’t wait to see the other products as this was an instant hit in our house.
The blankets are available online priced at £34.99. Now this is more than a normal blanket would cost and I appreciate that, but I think if we had one of these from a young age, it would have prevented us from buying so many muslin’s, just to be carried around, after their first use for feeding. Baba really loves the blanket and I would recommend it even though it is that bit more expensive it is a lovely well made product.
