A Non Stop Weekend

This weekend has been mental.

I think we are walking around like zombies this evening but it has been amazing even though we are all absolutely shattered.

Today it is Mr L’s birthday and the day has been a brilliant day.

We celebrated in style this year.

But it actually all started on Friday when we went and spent the day at the Ideal Home Christmas Show.

It was something we have never done before and it really was a fab show. We all had a super time there and got to see loads of different decorations and different things for the home and some cool Nintendo Switch items and some retro gaming things. It was something that all of us enjoyed and it was a great day out.

We then chilled a little yesterday, and prepared for today, knowing it was going to be a fantastic but long day today.

It is Mr L’s birthday and we also had gifted tickets for Winter Wonderland, including some activities at Winter Wonderland, such as Zippos Circus, the Big Wheel and the Magical Ice Kingdom (All of these tickets were gifted and I will be blogging about these during this week) but to do all of this we were up at the crack of dawn giving Mr L his presents and getting on the road for the Winter Wonderland.

I will say this none of it disappointed, it was an amazing day out and one that will definitely go down in the memory books for a long long time.

The boys loved it and got to experience so much today.

It was magical.

And an amazing way to celebrate your birthday!

But now we are shattered.

There is so much to do finishing of this week and moving into a little persons birthday before we head into Christmas activities!

It doesn’t seem to stop between now and the new year.
