A Birthday Chalk Board

Well it isn’t really a chalk board.

It’s actually a chalk painted door, the door to our cupboard where all our presents live and I decided to make it a bit of a feature in the hallway and actually use it as a place to record all the birthdays and anniversaries.

I had the idea in my head and I am so pleased with how it has turned out.

I still need to buy a white chalk pen to write down the names and dates for all the birthdays and anniversaries.

But the months are done.

And I love them.

I love the whole look and am so pleased with the end result.

It totally isnt for everyone. It is a little out there.

But for me it is totally perfect.

And I am so pleased I took the leap, and decided to be a little brave and go for it. Rather than just debate it for days and days.

It is the perfect way to record all of our birthdays and anniversaries.

And the perfect feature door in our hallway!
