A Bad Day
We all know the world is in a crazy place at the moment, and it is great that online there are a lot of positive posts around, and I for one am a person that loves posting something positive for the day and hoping that it helps someone in that day.
But the truth is in this world at the moment not every day is fab.
We are not naturally supposed to spend this amount of time with anyone, naturally we are all out of our comfort zones.
And it is strange.
If you have kids they are now home, 24/7 and we are suddenly having to teach them as well. And that is tough on its own.
Then on top of that a lot of us are now both at home.
For us that means Mr isn’t working as his job isn’t something you can do at home. And I run a business that works on the basis of doing pamper evenings in peoples homes, and obviously we have all had to adapt our business massively.
Everything is strange and actually some days aren’t great.
And I think that is ok to admit.
The last couple of days I have felt rubbish, I have had a hideous headache and actually have had a bit of a migraine, and I am just fed up.
Fed up of being indoors, fed up of not seeing other family apart from hubby and the boys and fed up of not seeing our friends.
And it is ok.
Its ok not to be ok.
Its ok for this all to get too much at times.
Its ok to not want to see the same faces all the time.
Its ok not to want to homeschool.
Its ok not to want to be social.
Its ok to feel upset.
Its ok to be sad.
Its ok to be feeling fed up.
It ok not to be ok.
And I think it is important to talk about it.
Just as important, and probably more important than talking about the positive things, its vital to talk about it not being ok.
So that everyone knows that they aren’t the only ones that don’t feel ok.
As no one is going to feel ok every day of this.
And that’s perfectly ok.

Oh hon I have really struggled tail end of last week. I am here if you want to talk always xx
