We Have A Thirteen Year Old

It’s official we now have a thirteen year old in the house.

This weekend BB became thirteen and to celebrate we surprised him with a day trip to the Isle of Wight.

It was a trip with all four of us and grandad and it was a lovely day.

The weather was gorgeous.

It was cloudy and sunny all day.

It was warm and lovely. Not too hot, not too cold. Perfect weather with a jumper on.

We found a gorgeous little reptile place, we had a lovely mooch around Yarmouth.

We saw boats. Lots and lots of boats.

We had a gorgeous dinner out.

Had a stunning walk along the beach.

And headed home on the ferry in the dark.

It was the best way to celebrate being thirteen.

A totally different way to celebrate his birthday.

And something we have never done before.

It was definitely a day to be remembered.
