Tuna Pasta Slimming World Friendly
One of our favourite dinners is a tuna pasta bake with a jar of sauce and that isn’t the most Slimming World pasta to be honest. So I decided to attempt to make a Slimming World version.
And came up with this.

It was actually yummy and very simple to make.
And thanks to the added cheese as a healthy extra a it was completely free.
All I did was cook up some pasta, I did a huge batch so we had some for lunch as well. Then I added some tuna, sweetcorn and passata with a couple of Laughing Cow Light triangles (HEA) mixed into the sauce as well to make it a little creamier, and more like a pasta bake sauce. I actually used the full five you are allowed as a healthy extra as it was a huge portion that I made.
Once all the cheese was melted into the sauce it was time to serve it.
It was super fast and easy to make and everyone liked it. (Well except Boo, he is not a tomato lover, unless it is ketchup). It is something I would make again as it was quick and easy and free and a really simple lunch or dinner, and especially great for Mr L to take to work for his lunch.
