Tropic Tuesday – Morning Routine
This morning I got up and did my usual routine, cleanse, tone, moisturise, serum, eye cream, and lip cream.
As soon as I wake up I try to do this so that I am ready for the day.

I then go downstairs and make myself a cuppa and have a read of my book while waiting for the boys to wake up.
That is my routine.
Night time it is pretty much the same routine as the morning, but I will swap and change the serums around.
This morning I used the Pure Lagoon before my Skin Feast. This serum has been a life saver for me as it is a blemish preventing serum and it really has been a game changer.
Pure Lagoon soothes your skin and reduces inflammation helping to balance out the sebum production and reduce the pore sizes which improves your skin’s natural flora and defends against spot causing bacteria.
I have always suffered with spots, and even now at 38 every month I will get hormonal spots.
They were still awful, until this amazing serum came out.
They are still there I don’t think they will ever be truly gone, that is unfortunately my body and my skin, but they are so much better since I have been using this. And I do use it every day.
Every morning I use the Pure Lagoon and the evenings I swap and change between the Fruit Peel, Supergreens and Elixir depending on how I feel and what I feel like my skin needs that evening.
It seems to be the best combination for me at the moment. But that doesn’t mean that it will be the best for me forever. One thing I have learnt since being an Independent Tropic Ambassador is that your skin is always changing, and your needs are always changing. And you know what that’s ok as long as you change with it your skin will be in the best condition it can be!
