Starting The Sorting

Over the last couple of days I have started the sorting of the house.

I started in the lounge as I knew that I wanted the art drawer, the electronics and the bored games all sorted out.

This is really going to take some time as there is so much to do in the house at the moment. But I am determined to get these areas that just get filled with rubbish and not regularly sorted, sorted out.

So I spent pretty much all of yesterday sorting out the art drawer. There was load in there that doesn’t need to be in there but it is finally sorted and everything that has been left in there is stuff the boys will use and is useful, rather than some of the rubbish that has been collected over time.

And we can finally see what is actually in there which is also a bonus.

It looks so much better and I am really pleased with how it has turned out.

Next job to do is the games cupboard. This I think will be a bit harder as I need to decide which games to keep and which ones to get rid off and I actually hate getting rid of games. But it is definitely an area thst needs to be sorted as it has become a bit of a state recently so it will be good to give it a clear out and get on top of it all.
