Researching Car Insurance
Our car insurance is up for renewal very soon, and this year I decided that I would be a bit more frugal about my car insurance. Instead of just taking no notice and renewing the insurance again. I decided that this year I would compare car insurance and find the best deal for our car and ourselves.
To be honest, it is a little scary. The whole concept of comparing car insurance, I have never done it before I have always just stuck with the company that I am insured with and not asked any questions. However after a bit of a long chat with my mum, who I have to admit in the past has always dealt with the insurance for me! (Shocking I know) I have become quite good at it.
I now know the questions that need to be asked, and the information that I need to have. I even have a little organised folder with all of my car information in, so when I am on the phone or looking on the internet to all of the various companies I have all the information to hand and right in front of me. I think I know more about my car than I have ever known before in all of my driving life. I am asking the right questions, and am confident that the companies that are on my short list to be insured with are the ones that are the right companies for us as car owners. They all have the criteria that we need and offer all of the benefits that we need as a family with a car.
I am happy that I decided to take a leap this year, and actually research this before I choose who to get our insurance with. It has meant we are getting all the services that we need for the best money possible, and after all isn’t that we all want at the moment!
