Organising My Diamond Art

The diamond art is taking over and it is time to start organising my diamond art and my spare drills.

This weekend I have spent a lot of my weekend sorting through the diamond art pieces I still have to do. Getting them out of their packets and making them flat and working through the spare drills from my previous diamond arts that I have in the containers.

This has meant a lot of my time I have been working through the all the spare drills and putting each individual colours into individual plastic bags. Ready to get completely organised with them all.

The plan I have which can’t be completed until I have more small plastic bags, is that all the plastic bags of spare drills will be in the large purple binder.

This binder is full of plastic sleeves for collector cards, pokemon extra that have the nine slots in them. So each plastic sleeve will hold 18 different coloured drills.

I plan to go through the folder putting the 100s, 200s, 300s etc all together so that I can easily find the drills when I need them.

It has taken a long time and I still have a fair few to go but I really do think this will be worth it in the end as obviously it will make finding the drills quicker, and will be easier if I want to make other things with the drills too.

The plan I have for my diamond art pieces that I have yet to do is to put them into the art folder that I have brought. I may end up getting two of these one for the completed and one for the uncompleted as it is a great space to put the completed pieces while I am getting a frame for it, to finish it of.

But at the moment I just have an uncompleted pile of diamond art pieces and they are now all flat and live in this art folder, waiting to be completed and finished.

This sort out means I can access all the diamond art stuff a lot easier it means it is not taking over the house and hopefully in the long run means that I can work quicker when I am working on my diamond art projects.

It is taking some planning to get there, but I am sure when it is done it will all pay off.
