“My Mum Says” Book Review
If you are looking to start a business, or looking for inspiration to build your busy then this is the book for you.
This book is written by Gail Reynolds a mum with three children, who has built her business from nothing to a £150,000.00 strong business. The book is very easy to read, and can easily be read in a day. There is no technical jargon in this book, and you can read it as a complete novice in the business world.
It is for all the mumpreneurs out there with lovely little quotes from Gail’s daughter throughout the book. That I found really inspirational, the quotes are all things that I would like to achieve with Baba, and really do make me think about why you are trying to work from home. The thing I like most about this book is that Gail has basically written everything that she has learnt along the way in her own business and is just passing her own skills on and they are not difficult, you don’t have to be a fantastic sales person to implement these skills. As Gail says herself “There are no secrets to my success, just pure determination, a belief in the product and opportunity you have to offer and a willingness to learn.”
The book is easy to follow, and is so positive and inspirational. As well as being full of great ideas, there are some worksheets at the back of the book, that actually make you action the ideas in the book. It means you are being proactive towards your business as well. I read this book over a couple of evenings, and came away from the book with a head full of ideas and inspiration raring to go and work on my own business.
I would really recommend this book to anyone who is in a business, starting a business, or looking for a bit of umph. You can buy the book for a really fantastic price of £8.43 at Amazon.

A most amazing and inspirational book, I recieved this just a few weeks ago and finished it in 2 days, and absolutely loved it, great mentoring going on there, and as I am a mum also working from home and hoping to live my dream one day I will certainly take up the advise that you have given, its so lovely of you to share your secrets of success, I loved the pictures and simple drawings and quotatioins from this book which helped me realate, and to keep me going and inspired I keep this book in my handbag at all times, I recommend this to every mum wanting to be successful in business!
