Meal Planning Monday 22/11 to 28/11
I haven’t done a meal planning Monday for quite a while, because I think as you all know food is generally the last thing on my mind.
But this week I wanted to be a bit more organised we have a busy week.
So it is simple.
But planned.
Everything is brought and everything is organised.

Mondays have turned into crazy days, so we need a food that can be made earlier and then everyone can grab as and when they need it. We have one boy in afterschool club, who goes straight onto karate, he finishes karate and the other one starts and I have a work call. All between 3 and 6pm, so it is a busy couple of hours.
So today I am making chicken goujons, wraps and salad, nice and easy the goujons can be precooked and the salad organised and we can make our wraps as and when we need them.
Tomorrow is Roast Chicken day, I am not a roast lover, but occasionally I feel like one, and tomorrow is a night that we are all home at normal times and no after school clubs. So a perfect day for a roast.
Wednesday is Mr L’s birthday so we will be having a takeaway for his birthday, not sure what yet, but there will be no cooking Wednesday.
Thursday we go to see Mr L’s family so I am not sure what we are having then.
Friday again is a club night so it will be an easy spag bowl for the family that night, one that isn’t really Boo’s favourite but he is getting better at trying it at least.
Saturday we have a meal out, hence the burgers, and Sunday it will be a nice steak and chips night.
It is simple.
It isn’t the healthiest it could be.
But it is using up what we have, it is quick and easy meals to work with our schedules as at the moment, we seem to be running here there and everywhere and just sitting down to eat is a mission some days.
So I feel a bit more organised having it planned this week.
What are you eating this week?
