Knitted Temperature Blanket

This year I am attempting to knit a temperature blanket.

I am not sure how this will pan out, I haven’t totally decided whether I will do it for six months or the whole year depending on the size of the blanket.

But I have sat down and worked out the different colours for the different temperatures and I have started knitting for the last few days.

It’s a bit dull and grey at the moment near us so I thinking it is going to be a bit of a dull blanket for the first part of the year.

But let’s see where the rest of the colours take the blanket.

I am excited to see how this ends up as it’s a completely different knitting to what I usually do.

Usually I have a finished picture to go by so this is all a bit new.

And having no control over the weather means there is no control over the colours and that makes the project pretty exciting!
