It’s Days Away

In just a matter of days now, I can’t believe we are finally saying that, but in days BB will be getting his hair chopped for the Little Princess Trust.

It is all so real now.

Friday, this week, so in 4 days time, at 4pm he will be at the hairdressers starting his chop.

We still don’t know 100% what he is going for with his haircut. He is currently still saying that he is having grade 1 all over, which will be a massive shock after seeing him with hair longer than mine for the past year.

So who knows what he will decide to do on the day.

But I know that he is ready.

He is so ready.

He commented at the weekend that everywhere he was going they were calling him a girl, but that wont be happening next weekend! And his face beamed.

He really has coped well with being called a girl but it does get to him deep down, and he is so good at being called a young lady all the time! He is never rude and never says anything, the one that really gets irate is Boo, if he hears he is straight on it, that’s my brother he just has long hair. He gets very annoyed.

But it is fine we have generally coped with it for the last year, especially as it has got longer and longer, but I think now he is done. And I think he is so looking forward to getting it all chopped for the Little Princess Trust on Friday.

And on top of all of that he has near on achieved his target for Help For Heroes, over on his JustGiving page, he wanted to raise £500 for them for chopping his hair he is currently 95% towards his target and he is so pleased. He never thought he would get that much, in fact he only thought he would get around £100 I know with offline donations he has totally hit his target but if he could get that nice £500 online he would be so happy so that is what we are focussed on this week. Trying to get that last 5%.

We are so proud of him, and so in awe of everything that he has achieved with this in the last two years.

And can not wait to see what he looks like on Friday!
