I just want to pee!!!
To whoever is the higher being, who can make things happen
I have a request for you…
I just want to pee
I want to pee in peace
I don’t want an 18 month old following me in the toilet
Chatting to me while I am trying to pee
I don’t want him banging on the door with a toy
Shouting “Mum” at the top of his voice
I don’t want the dog scratching the door
As I have gone for a wee!
I don’t want Mr L shouting,
“How long you going to be?”
“Where’s this, that and the other?”
I just want to pee!
Is it such a big ask
To just go to the toilet
And pee in peace
Really I just want to pee!
Please, please, please.

oh, i know this feeling! I’m not even sure i could go now without an audience, so long has it been!
I know it is an impossibility isn’t is!
I am still waiting on this!!
How long do you have to wait for, is this the way peeing will be forever now? I wonder!
Love this!! Don’t worry … it gets better, but on occasion, they still do barge in even when they’re older!!! =)
Thank you, and thank you for saying that it does get better. I cant wait for that day!
I blogged the same myself – it’s amazing how your freedom disappears. My 19 month old tries to help me wipe!
It is amazing how little freedom you get isn’t it. Who would off thought that having a pee in peace would be one of the most things I would like at the moment x
I’m still waiting on this too. I’ve just given up and let them come in. If you can’t beat them, let them join you. I tell myself it won’t still happen when they’re 18. 😉
Haha love that attitude I really hope they are not still doing it at 18 xx
This is delicious & can be understood by most mums! Why doesn’t it happen to dads! Visiting via Blog Gems!
Now that is the ultimate question why does it not happen to dads? I wonder…
I don’t think I’ve peed alone in nine years.
Oh no does it never end?
Me too, though I have also given up and just get on with it despite most of the family being in there with me – funny how everyone needs something from the bathroom whenever I’m in there! (Visiting from Blog Gems).
I know it is amazing isn’t it, it’s like they wait and wait until you open the door and then that is it! xx
lol… sorry… I shouldn’t laugh… but it hits too close to home… at least when I have the kids with me… 🙂
Wanna hear what’s funny? before I became a dad I didn’t even LIKE kids… They always adored me… but I just didn’t have the patience for them… 🙂
life as a parent… gotta love it! lol
Oh it drives me mad never getting a change just to sit in peace lol
