Filofax Love
It’s June and as I do every year, I have fallen out of love with my filofax set up for the year.
I have hundreds of Filofaxes, well I don’t but I have a few and I don’t really use any of them.
My main Tropic one is the one that I should use, but to be honest I don’t love the set up and it goes days and days without being used. And that is because I don’t like the way it is set up.
I am not sure what I really want to do with all of my Filofaxes but I know that I want to use all of them a bit more than I currently am.
These are the Filofaxes that I currently own, and the grey one is the main one that I am supposed to be using all the time. But it doesn’t get used as much as it should.
It had day to view pages. But they are totally wasted as I am not using them to their full potential.
Currently my stripy one is completely empty it has a lined note book, and a squared note book in it and a couple of pockets and that is all. And I really have no clue what to put in there.
The flamingo one was set up to be for my blog, however it is never used.
The purple one is set up for weight loss and menus again never used.
And the top too just have plain paper in both of them and aren’t being used at all.
I look at planner videos and Instagram accounts all the time and am so envious of the gorgeous planners that people use on a daily basis.
I get inspired but I just can’t actually get the set up that I really like.
So instead of them being used they are all left blank and collecting dust.
But I love them all and want to use them all so need some ideas what to put into them and how to use them.
One of them needs to be my day to day diary and I think it should be my grey one as that has the pages to be set up for that.
But I need to change it so I love it.
So if you have some amazing ideas for what to do with your filofax, whether it’s an A5, Personal or Mini I would love some ideas and are you a person that uses more than one filofax. If you are then I would love to know how you set them up? As I want to use more than one at a time.

I’m so in love with filofaxes – I have about 20 now and only use 1 but I only got into filofax about a year ago. I’d like to say I use my current one daily but I don’t although I use it regularly and it’s a god send – appointments, work shifts, things I need to remember etc all go in there and it’s been invaluable in keeping track of my shifts to check I get paid the right amount and when I haven’t, I can go through my days and hours with the finance team without any hassle. I have birthdays, everyone’s phone number (which has saved me on two occasions when my mobile died and needed to call a parent to collect my daughter for me and the time when my mum was meant to pick me up after work as my car was in the garage and she forgot and didn’t turn up).
I really enjoy its ease and having it infront of me when booking appointments as I can see at a glance when I’m free.
My friends think I’m crazy to use a filofax when I can use my mobile phone but as above, I can be on the phone booking something whilst glancing at my filofax instead of sifting through my phone whilst trying to hold a conversation.
Shopping lists and to do lists are also so much easier kept in my filofax.

I am the same I love them for all of these reasons, and I do love using them to check through things and have everything in front of me rather than just on the phone.
